CAFU will implement integrated programs that will enable it to achieve its vision while contributing to the realisation of the vision 2040 and the 2030 goals. The programmatic framework entails the commitment of CAFU to alleviate the well-being of orphaned and vulnerable children by complementing the efforts of the local authorities, faith-based
organisations, civil society institutions and the private sector.
The Integrated programmatic framework has been organized in three programmatic areas including
i) Livelihoods;
ii) Education and Vocational Training.
iii) Protection and Early childhood development.
Following the program-based planning approach adopted by the Government of Uganda, the programmatic priorities will be integrated and will be achieved through complementary. CAFU will benchmark already innovative solutions for sustainable development by working in effective and efficient ways to promote the protection and resilience of the OVCs.
